Projects spanning translational neuroscience, psychometrics, and behavioral science — united by a focus on the mechanisms that shape social cognition, motivation, and well-being. Select a project to read more.

Using mouse models this project leverages in vivo EEG recordings alongside behavioral paradigms to identify the neural networks implicated in empathy loss, with the ultimate aim of elucidating intervention efforts that will restore empathy behaviors in FTD patients.

Developed a novel measure of self-worth and investigated relational and social psychological correlates.

A theoretical piece containing a selective reanalysis of basic behavior research experimental data in an effort to better understand variables affecting resurgence and the variables that contribute to the persistence of pro-social behavioral alternatives.

A review paper exploring how convergent and divergent neurobiology and psychology findings can help us understand the integral role that sleep plays in daily functioning.
